• If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by our third-party provider Stripe. We do not store your full payment information on our servers. All payment processing is handled via Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider.

• Twilio: For WhatsApp message processing and delivery.
• DigitalOcean: For secure hosting and storage of your data.
• Stripe: For payment and subscription management.
• OpenAI Whisper API: For transcribing forwarded audio messages into text. Audio content is securely transmitted to OpenAI's API and processed for transcription purposes only.

These third parties are contractually obligated to protect your data and only use it for the specific services they provide to us.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption of sensitive information both in transit and at rest. Access to your data is limited to authorized personnel who need it to operate and maintain the Service.

Despite our efforts, no security measure is perfect. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we continuously work to protect your data against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
