In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the issue by contacting us directly. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, the dispute may be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of Ontario, as applicable. Each party shall bear its own legal costs and expenses, unless otherwise required by law or stated by the arbitrator.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WhatsTeca, its affiliates, and its employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

14. Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the WhatsTeca service at any time, without prior notice. We are not liable for any disruption or loss this may cause.

For Premium accounts advertised as "unlimited," WhatsTeca defines the following usage caps:
- A maximum of 9999 messages per day.
- A maximum of 999 categories per account.

These limits are intended to ensure optimal performance and fairness across the platform. Accounts exceeding these limits may be subject to service restrictions or require custom enterprise plans.

All purchases and subscriptions are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are subject to change with prior notice. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to subsequent billing cycles.
